When are you open?

We are open for pick ups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10-5:30

We accept Consignment Drop offs on Monday (Call the number on the door for service) as well as Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10-5:30.

 

Do I need to create another User Account if I have previously signed up for Online Auctions that use HiBid Online Auction Software?


No, if you have previously created a User Account to Bid Online you can use that same account to access and bid on biddersemporium.com's Online Auctions.



How do I create an account to view and bid Bidders Emporium's Online Auctions?


Simply click on our Home Page Link to Current Auctions. Click on the Login/New Account tab and enter your information. After your account is created you register for the auction you want to Bid in.

 

Do you accept returns?

All Sales are final. Your purchase is As is Where is. If you are uncomfortable bidding on a specific item, please come see us with the item number and we will bring it out for you to have a closer look at.


How do you bid on an item?


Click on the item you are interested in bidding on. If you haven't already registered for that Online Auction you will be prompted to do so before you make a bid. Click on the Bid button. You will be prompted to make a Bid greater than the current Bid in the amount of your choice.

How do I pay for the item(s) I won on biddersemporium.com?


When the Online Auction closes, you will receive an email with your invoice attachment. When you come into our location at Unit 16 - 144 Edinburgh Drive, Moncton, NB to pick up your invoiced items you have a choice of paying via Cash, Debit or Credit Card.
We also accept email transfer payments sent to admin@biddersemporium.com.
Please include Invoice # in Subject Line.  

Do you offer Shipping?

Yes! On small to medium sized items. Please contact us before placing a bid to ensure the item you are interested in is eligible.

$25 Flat Rate shipping with pick up in Dartmouth

Canada and International

 

We charge a $10 handling and processing fee plus Canada Post cost.

 

How do I set up Shipping?

 

After ensuring your item is eligible for shipping by contacting admin@biddersemporium.com, and winning your item, an invoice will be sent to your email. 

Just respond to the email with your shipping address and we will quickly revise your invoice to reflect your shipping cost. Once payment has been received, your item will be shipped. Easy Peasy!
